Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the grades offered are entry grades in category C (adjoint technique).

Experience: Experience in group catering is welcome, but not required.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the HACCP method and hygiene rules.
- Knowledge of risks in group catering.
- Ability to keep or reheat food at the right temperature.
- Ability to plan meal service for the number of diners.
- Ability to work as a team and keep to schedules.
