The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Traditional, collective or food industry cooking experience is a plus.
- Good hygiene, health and workplace safety practices.
- Awareness of environmental issues and quality approach.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
