Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. As an exception, people recognised as disabled workers can get the job by contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know the rules of the central kitchen and cooking techniques.
- Know how to fill in traceability sheets and technical sheets.
- Know hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Know how to operate blast chillers and their standard times.
- Follow safety instructions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
