Open to civil servants and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in catering (agent polyvalent de restauration, or employé technique de collectivité, production et service en restauration)
The profile they look for:
- Follow food hygiene procedures
- Master cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Apply individual reception plan instructions for children
- Work well in a team
- Show professional discretion and autonomy
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
