Civil servants and contract agents can apply. French nationality is required, because these are sovereign posts in the National Police.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked from the official offer, using the single application form. It is advised to contact the head of department before applying.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Sovereign post: French nationality is required.
- Driving licence B or C required to drive an administrative vehicle.
- Working time of 40h30 per week, with 29 RTT days.
- Daily allowance of 42 € per day when travelling, for civil servants only.
