The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning and ironing methods.
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules for meal preparation.
- Independence, responsiveness and anticipation.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work as a team and handle stress.
- Self-control.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's site, as stated on the official offer. Fill in the mobility form requested.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Atypical hours possible for receptions at the sub-prefecture or in Cahors.
- Strong discretion required because of the nature of the job.
- An annual clothing allowance is provided.
- Remote work is not possible.
