Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Be able to read, write and count.
- Know the HACCP procedures linked to the job.
- Work on your own and organise your time.
- Be rigorous, responsive and punctual.
- Work well in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday 6:45 to 14:30, then Tuesday to Friday 6:45 to 14:15.
- Category C job.
- The job includes replacing the delivery driver when he is absent.
