Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry category C grade allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:00, Friday 7:30 to 15:00.
- Possible call-out during weather events (snow, floods).
- May help set up town events (14 July, Christmas Market...).
