Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public service competitive exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or a diploma allowing entry to the adjoint technique territorial competitive exam
Experience: Experience in the environment field: cleaning, waste, sanitation

- Knowledge of manual or mechanical sweeping and washing techniques
- Ability to adapt to modernisation and mechanisation of the job
- Able to work in a team
- Able to report and keep the manager informed
- Sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
