Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied. No competitive exam is required, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Successful similar experience, ideally in a local authority.
- Technical knowledge of street cleaning (roads and gardens).
- Ability to use a street sweeper safely.
- Valid French driving licence (permis B).
- Ability to work in a team and a taste for good work.
- Ability to show diplomacy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 4 (Closes in 6 days)
Send your application by postal mail to the Mairie du Cannet, before the deadline. Write the job title and the offer number in your letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work is done exclusively outdoors.

- A valid French driving licence (permis B) is required.
