Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered, adjoint technique, is an entry grade in category C.

- Knowledge of heavy trucks and auxiliary cranes, and ampliroll vehicles.
- Able to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in all weather.
- Knowledge of road transport rules.
- Good skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Cares about cleanliness and likes working with the public.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays, evenings and on-call duty.
- Annual working time of 1572 hours.
- Driving licence B and C may be required.
