Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the Category C entry grade allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning techniques and how to use cleaning products.
- Apply safety, hygiene and environmental rules.
- Be rigorous and organised.
- Enjoy working in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm and 12pm-8pm, one week in two.
- Benefits: canteen meals at a reduced rate and a package of 25 meal vouchers per year.
