Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in premises cleaning or maintenance
Experience: At least 2 years of experience (experienced level)
The profile they look for:
- CAP minimum in premises cleaning or maintenance
- At least 2 years of experience
- Good command of cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
- Independent, organised, rigorous, with good people skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Shifted hours until 21:30 depending on the site, annualised working time.
- CNAS and annual contribution to health and provident insurance, subject to conditions.
