Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grades offered are entry grades (Adjoint technique, Adjoint technique principal de 2e classe).
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate, familiar with the local public service.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
