Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can apply, because the entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Experience in a similar job.
- Able to use cleaning equipment (leaf blower, brush cutter...).
- Able to drive light vehicles.
- Follow safety and technical instructions.
- Work well in a team, be rigorous and quick to react.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Mechanical sweeper and heavy vehicle driving only if you hold a category C licence.
