4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working hours change with 3 seasons (5.5, 6.5 or 8.25 hours a day).
- Driving licence B preferred, travel by bike.
- Wearing the work clothes and protective equipment is required.
