Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Report problems noticed in the work done.
- Apply good practices of respectful care towards the people supported.
- Organise your work and time by priorities and instructions.
- Ensure the upkeep, cleaning, disinfection and hygiene of equipment.
- Strictly follow safety and hygiene rules.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, before the deadline shown on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
