Open to civil servants and contract workers. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded. Statutory conditions must be met.

The profile they look for:
- Know road sign rules.
- Use equipment and chemical products safely.
- Use correct lifting and posture techniques.
- Follow hygiene and safety rules.
- Be organised, responsible and a good team player.
- Report back clearly and prevent conflicts.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply online on the City of Annecy website, not on Choisir le Service Public. Selection is based on your CV and cover letter, followed by an interview.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Irregular hours, public holidays, weekends and winter on-call duty.
- Driving licence B required.
- Electrical authorisation and CACES required.
- A CAP in urban environment cleaning would be a plus.
