Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: SSIAP training (fire safety and first aid) preferred

The profile they look for:

Knowledge of alarms and surveillance systems.
Knowledge of mediation techniques.
Knowledge of basic first aid.
Ability to defuse a conflict situation.
Good people skills, availability and punctuality.

2 Résumé and cover letter

A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
