Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A competitive exam is not needed, because the entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: DUT in book trades or other library science training
Experience: Experienced candidates
The profile they look for:
- DUT in book trades or another library science training.
- Good knowledge of library science and children's literature.
- Good command of the library management system (SIGB).
- Good people skills and a sense of teamwork.
- Able to manage groups of children and mediate with all audiences.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category C post, Adjoint du patrimoine grades.
