Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant has applied.

The profile they look for:
- Driving licence categories B and C.
- Skills in IG4, HQO software and office tools.
- Knowledge of road and public domain regulations.
- Good writing skills for administrative documents.
- Works independently, organises well and reports back clearly.
- Good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
