Civil servants (permanent) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP in plumbing or equivalent solid experience
The profile they look for:
- CAP in plumbing or equivalent solid experience.
- Skill with power tools and digital tools.
- Knowledge of safety rules, especially for public buildings (ERP).
- Teamwork, autonomy, initiative and rigour.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Weekend work possible (events, on-call duty).
- Valid driving licence (category B) required.
- Electrical authorisation BR/BC preferred.
- Must be able to lift regular loads (20-30 kg) and work at height.
