Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who is not a civil servant can be hired, because the entry grade allows direct recruitment without a competitive exam.

- Know the usual building maintenance techniques
- Understand a manual, a plan or an instruction
- Apply safety rules for sites and products
- Work independently and report on your activity
- Rigour, quick reaction and good observation skills
- Available for events and committed to public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

- High availability required for exceptional events.
- Duty of discretion (devoir de réserve) required.
