Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because adjoint technique is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Training in equipment maintenance, or a joiner or building painter diploma
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Training in equipment maintenance, joinery or building painting.
- Solid technical skills across varied areas.
- Good organisation, quick reaction and forward planning.
- Initiative and real autonomy.
- Good people skills, especially with elderly people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B required.
- Monday to Friday work at the home base site, l'Hébergement.
- Remote work not possible.
