Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP or bac pro level
Experience: Confirmed experience in building work

- Driving licence B required
- Know pruning techniques and how to use machines
- Know safety rules
- CACES and electrical authorisation strongly recommended
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 28 (Closes in 29 days)
Apply on the employer's website or on the official offer page. Send your file to Laventie town hall, for the attention of the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
