Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry-level category C grade. A contract agent can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: CAP or vocational bac in building trades, or electrical training B1 and B0
Experience: At least 2 years, including technical management of a building

- CAP or vocational bac in building trades, or electrical training B1 and B0
- At least 2 years of technical building management experience
- Knowledge of safety rules and standards on worksites
- Ability to carry out routine building maintenance work
- Good people skills, teamwork and autonomy
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
