Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Technical knowledge of public buildings, health and safety.
- Apply health and safety rules at work.
- Good people skills and ability to listen to the public.
- Teamwork, rigour, organisation and autonomy.
- Ability to report on work.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 10 (Closes in 12 days)
Apply on the territorial jobs website, then send your cover letter and CV to the town hall by email, addressed to the Mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- 40 hours per week, with 28 days of RTT leave.
- On-call duty on weekends, public holidays and in winter, on a rota.
- Job vacant from 1 January 2027.
