Civil servants and contract agents can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade is category C. People recognised as disabled workers can also be hired on a contract basis.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:40, on annualised working time
- Duty shifts during school holidays
- Remote work not possible
