Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know building maintenance rules and safety instructions.
- Know second-fix building techniques for your trade.
- Be able to organise your work site and spot faults.
- Be able to drive a vehicle.
- Work well in a team, with rigour and availability.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
