Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is open at entry-level category C grades (adjoint technique), so direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible.

- Know locksmithing, welding and hardware management techniques.
- Know building maintenance rules and ERP regulations.
- Know safety rules and health and safety regulations.
- Be able to spot faults and take the initiative to act.
- Be autonomous, rigorous, serious, dynamic and responsible.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Driving licence B required.
- Work indoors and outdoors, in all weather.
- Possible on-call duty and scaffolding assembly.
- Post includes management. Remote work not possible.
