- Good knowledge of how a local authority works.
- Understanding of public finance and public accounting rules.
- Comfortable with office software, especially Excel.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
