Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know safety rules and types of risk.
- Work well in a team with the other collection agents.
- Be physically fit for the pace of collection.
- Be available to work weekends.
- Get along well with residents and calm down conflicts.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
