Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Animation qualification (BAFA, BAFD...)
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar job (experienced level).
The profile they look for:
- Animation diploma required, such as BAFA or BAFD.
- At least 3 years in a similar job.
- Good skills in activity techniques and child development.
- Good listening skills and teaching abilities.
- Able to work in a team, rigorous and discreet.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
