Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because an entry-level category C grade allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Contract worker post possible for one year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
