Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Arrange spaces for activities while applying safety rules.
- Know how to play with children and encourage them to play.
- Manage conflicts and enforce the rules of life in the group.
- Communicate well with the team and the site manager.
- Be able to cover replacements at the different childcare sites.
- Driving licence B and a car required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 22 days)
Apply directly on the employer's website, using the link on the official offer page. If you are not contacted within 4 to 6 weeks, your application has not been kept.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B and a car required.
- Part-time post, working less than 50% of a full-time schedule.
- Open grade: adjoint d'animation (category C).
