1 Check the conditions You are here
Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Set up spaces for activities and safety rules.
- Manage conflicts and enforce group rules.
- Communicate well with the team and the site manager.
- Be able to cover on the different reception sites of the community of communes.
- Driving licence B and a vehicle required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence B and a vehicle required.
- Part-time post, working time below 50%.
- If you are not contacted within 4 to 6 weeks, the application is not kept.
