Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or equivalent qualification
Experience: Beginners welcome; experience in activity work is welcome.
The profile they look for:
- Hold the BAFA or an equivalent qualification.
- Know safety rules for group childcare of minors.
- Be dynamic, attentive and happy to work in a team.
- Be punctual, committed and responsible.
- Hold a driving licence, category B (required).
- Experience in activity work is welcome.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 3 (Closes in 6 days)
Send your CV and cover letter to the town hall, by post or by email, before the deadline. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Fixed-term contract of 10 months, until July 2027.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Remote work not possible.
- Category C post, activity assistant grade.
