Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA, CAPJEPS, BPJEPS or CAP petite enfance (obtained or in progress)
Experience: 3 years as an activities agent (required in the profile)
The profile they look for:
- Holds the BAFA, CAPJEPS, BPJEPS or CAP petite enfance (obtained or in progress).
- 3 years of experience as an activities agent required.
- Driving licence (permis B) required.
- Able to work in a team and communicate well.
- Works on their own and adapts to the needs of the service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Split hours in the morning and evening, and irregular depending on school periods.
- Travel across the whole area.
- Part-time job (temps non complet).
- Position vacant from 1 January 2027. Remote work not possible.
