Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly for this entry grade of category C. Candidates recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 15 days)
Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall. You can also apply on the employer's website linked in the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
