Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the Adjoint d'animation grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BAFA or CAP Petite enfance
The profile they look for:
- Friendly, polite and welcoming manner.
- Know basic first aid gestures.
- Hold the BAFA or the CAP Petite enfance.
- Apply cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Able to use computer equipment (cash register, tablet, computer).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 18 (Closes in 17 days)
Apply through the employer's site given in the offer, or send your CV and cover letter by email to the commune.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work is not possible.
- Category C post, Adjoint d'animation grade.
- No management role.
