Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because one of the grades is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BAFA, BAFA in progress, or equivalent
Experience: Not stated; first experience is accepted

- BAFA holder, BAFA in progress, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of child development stages.
- Ability to run educational and fun activities.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good people skills, listening and energy.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 7 (Closes in 39 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer on Choisir le Service Public. Send your CV and cover letter, stating the type of contract you want.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Position to be filled as soon as possible.
- For the 30h contract, 25 working days must be done during school holidays.
- Bonus equal to a 13th month, after a 6-month waiting period for non-permanent staff.
- 75% of public transport costs are covered.
