Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: BAFA or an equivalent diploma (BPJEPS, CQP, CAP Petite Enfance, BAFD)

- Hold the BAFA or an equivalent diploma (BPJEPS, CQP, CAP Petite Enfance).
- Know the different childcare times for children.
- Be rigorous and organised.
- Pay close attention to children's well-being.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 30 days)
Apply by email to the commune's Human Resources department, or by post with your CV and cover letter. You can also apply on the employer's website.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
