Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: February 1 (Closes in 94 days)
Apply on the employer's website, from the offer on Choisir le Service Public. You can also send your letter and CV to the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
