Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.

The profile they look for:
- Hold the adjoint technique grade or have relevant experience for the role.
- Have training or experience in maintaining sports facilities and equipment.
- Know fire safety rules and sports equipment inspection rules.
- Stay calm, have a public service mindset and work independently.
- Adapt easily and interact with diverse public.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter by email to the city's recruitment service, or by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Shifted hours: 8am-3pm or 4pm, and 3pm-10:30pm one week out of two.
- Works Monday to Saturday, with one rest day in addition to Sunday.
- Mainly fieldwork, outdoors.
