Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade of category C.

- Good knowledge of the Urban Planning Code and land use law.
- Skills in Word, Excel and business software (e.g. OPENADS, SIIG).
- Strong public service ethic and good reception skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, versatility and professional discretion.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
