Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the post is open to entry-level category C grades (administrative assistant).
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Ability to welcome, listen and react calmly to difficult situations.
- Able to review a situation or procedure with a user.
- Good working relationships with partner organisations.
- Knowledge of the planning and construction code.
- Knowledge of local development plans (PLU), land registry and construction plans.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
