Civil servants and contract workers can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C (Adjoint technique).

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 29 (Closes in 28 days)
Apply online through the employer's site, on the emploi-territorial platform. The offer is also published on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C, Adjoint technique grade.
- Position vacant from 15 January 2027.
- A contract worker can only be hired if no civil servant has applied.
