Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- A sense of public service.
- A sense of teamwork.
- Good listening and people skills.
- Initiative, rigour and availability.
- Good command of the necessary computer software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
