Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry-level grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 12 (Closes in 15 days)
Apply on the employer's website linked in the offer. Also send your cover letter and CV to the Sassy town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
