Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced level, similar team management experience preferred
The profile they look for:
- Security training appreciated (SSIAP, SST welcome)
- Liking for contact with the public
- Ability to manage a team day to day
- Rigour, discretion, regular attendance and punctuality
- Knowledge of security procedures
- Good use of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
